O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SAHBundle] C:\DOCUME~1\ZBREIT~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\bundle.exe

I would start there.

And then try to find out what C:\WINDOWS\system32\xzlths.exe is, and what it is doing.
