Yes, all those programs will work with TrendMicro. None of them are 'real-time' scanners. You install them, and they do their prevention work behind the scenes.

If you rarely use IE, then it's up to you whether or not you want to install IESpyAd Zoned Out. If you wish to try, it does seem a bit confusing at first, but if you follow the Article instructions as you go, it makes more sense.
