I have an Asus c90 and i was trying to open it one day to put in a new 8700m gt that i borrowed from my friend. I unscrewed 3 of the 4 screws required to gain access to the inside and then realized that 1 screw was stripped and i could not unscrew it. I then tried to pry it open a little with a screw driver and i accidentally shoved the screw driver into the notebook damaging a small silver square inside. I am not sure what it is that I damaged and I'd like somebody to please tell me what it is because now my battery life is only 15 minutes (everything else works perfectly).

This is what i damaged

Full specs are
-intel core 2 duo e6600 2.4 ghz
-nvidia 8600m gt
-2gb corsair ram
-wd scorpio 160gb 5400rpm hdd
-vista home premium

Somebody please tell me what it is.
