Please rename ComboFix.exe to ComboFix.com by right clicking on it, and selecting rename
Run it with these exact instructions only!!
Go to Start > Run and copy/paste the following, then press Enter:
"%userprofile%\desktop\combofix.com" /F3M
If ComboFix runs, a log will be produced. Post that log, please.
