Download this file to your desktop:
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
Run it with these exact instructions only!!
Go to Start > Run and copy/paste the following, then press Enter:
"%userprofile%\desktop\combofix.exe" /F3M
If ComboFix runs, a log will be produced. Post that log, please.
