Very strange...

Device manager >> Disk drives >> Right click disk 0 (80GB? Deskstar?) >> Properties >> Volumes >> Populate.

Repeat with Disk 1.

BTW - the disk capacities in Disk management aren't the same as the ones you posted in #3.
