Ok - I posted a q yesterday about my toshiba satellite m100 having probs with power, and bios was a suggestion - so without having any idea what abios even is, I downloaded this:

I know I am a total idiot - but I didn't install it, I just downloaded it to the desktop. I wasn't even sure it would be useful, but was going to take this info to my dad (it sec architecht) and ask what he thought.
Well, on restarting I have a blue box asking for a password I don't know - I am worried I have really screwed up so to speak. What the hell do I do?!?! (besides kick myself - whatever I downloaded was probably a virus or something!!!!)
