Hello, I need some help. I am unable to complete boot up on my laptop running windows xp. Upon starting windows, I get a blue screen with the following message:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

The problem seems to be caused by the following file: ntfs.sys

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
