Did you have this problem originally or did it just start? Nothing we have done here would cause that.

You can use Mozilla for the online scan, but you will have to get an IE tab addon from Mozilla. This will even allow you to download Windows Updates without Internet Explorer.

If you have trouble, remember to right-click and Run as Administrator.
