Hey Bruce - I have a real problem here.

Go to My Computer >Tools >Folder Options >View tab and select Show hidden files and folders. Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option. Also make sure there is no checkmark beside Hide file extensions for known file types. Click OK.
IS Already set per your instructins but I can't find the
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\TMP0000008C22B43A646E2CBA31 file. I did not run the hijackthis yet. Waiting for your reply.
Below is the first file scan which looks good to me no virus's noted
