Hello, I have just upgraded the hard drive in my Dell Laptop and was wondering how I can transfer everything from my old HD to my new one. I have a 160GB external HD and was curious if I could back up all of my files and then restore them on my new HD.

I am short on time and have a few more questions... I will check back later... thanks for any assistance!
