Please disable Norton, see if you can access the websites. Make sure you enable it straight after though.
if that doesnt work try this:
Right click
Here and choose
Save as or
Save target as, save it to your desktop.
Go to your desktop and Right-click on the
deldomains.inf file and select
'Install'
