I couldn't get past step 2 though because I was unable to open anything I had installed or run the dss. Whenever I try to open things it says
"Error Loading C:\DOCUME~1\Erik\LOCALS~1\Temp\tcpiqhaknt.sys
The specified module could not be found." It also says that about 20 times when I turn on my computer.
I don't know if you guys can help me since I can't really provide much info but thanks in advance for spending your time. By the way I thought the trojan was called Zlobber but it's Zlob, sorry about that.
