Hi again tetonbob, when I run kaspersky online scanner it gets to 27 mins and 4% then I get a blue screen and the computer restarts I have tried it 3 times and 3 times it crashes at 4% ?? I have my antivirus turned off when scanning. I know there should be a report but I dont know where to find it.
