Hi,
In addition to formatting the C: drive, you have most likely deleted/formatted the Dell utility partition (3GB).
How many (visible) partitions did you have on the drive?

Do you have access to another computer where you can mount the HDD run TestDisk from Windows?

Don't make any changes - just post a few screenshots.
