Items in quarantine are rendered inactive and can do no harm to your system as long as they stay in quarantine. The quarantine folder is emptied automatically every so often, although I don't know exactly how often Antivir does that.
However, if you wish to delete an item in quarantine:
- Double-click on the Antivir icon in the lower right system tray next to your clock.
- Click on Administration
- Click on Quarantine
- Highlight the item to be deleted.
- Click on the icon at the top that looks like a trash can.
- Follow any prompts.
- The item should now be deleted from quarantine.
