I'm having the same problem of not being able to renew IP address. Please help. I've tried the netsh cmd as suggested by Johnwill, but to no avail. The error message reads like this: "An error occurred while renewing interface Wireless network Connection: unable to contact your HDCP Server. Request has time out. No operation can be performed on Local Area Connection while it has its media disconnected."

My ISP is Comcast, with a Motorola SB5101 Surfboard Cable modem and a Netgear wireless router model#MR814.

Please help. Anyone? Thanks in advance.
