Well I replaced the Gigabyte motherboard with a PCChips motherboard and used the same CPU and RAM. Started up fine, just had issues with XP not liking the new hardware. Instead of playing around I just backed up files then formatted the hard drive, reinstalled XP and now we're up and running again!

I did notice some buldged caps on the old board.
