Thanks for the reply.
I have tried to fix it using the "testdisk". But it seems doesn't work.
(I have attached the files for your reference)
In step "B" = i couldn't find the D:/ drive partition, so i select "Disk/dev/sda" instead.
when i am in step G = it's written "No partition found".
In step F = i pressed "N" because i am running the window xp.
(When it doesn't work, i tried to redo the steps again but i typed "Y" this time)
But it seems the results were the same.
I am not sure whether i did it correctly or not?
But when i reboot my laptop, everything is still the same, i couldn't find D:/ drive in My Computer (please view the file attached).
I afraid that i have accidentally deleted the D:/ disk drive partition when i formatted my laptop. I hope that i can retrieve back my D drive.
