Hi! I just purchased a brand new Abit AI7 mobo, installed it in my old Dell V400 case (fit perfectly), attached a new 450W power supply, hooked everything up, but when I turned on power supply, the computer turned on for about 5 seconds, then went dead. The LED indicator froze at 99, which the manual indicates is "Complete Power off Sequence." I really have no idea what to do next. Memory modules (1Gb dual channel) are installed correctly, PSU and heat sink/fan are brand new as well. One thing- there is a cable running from the front panel with no place on the new motherboard to plug it in. Any help would be appreciated beyond words!! Thanks.
