Computer will turn on but I see nothing on my monitor..

Hey guys it's me.. again lol,
I didn't exactly know where I should post this so I figured this might be a good place..

The computer "will" turn on and the CPU fan will kick on and stay on, I checked the thermal paste and it seems fine, should I still replace it? Anyways on to the problem, the computer was working fine and I turned it off to move it I did not unplug anything except the power and moved the whole desk with everything on it plugged it back into the wall and then boom dead.. I thought it may have been the PSU so I replaced it since I had been meaning to anyways, switched it from a 400W to a nice 580W power supply.. And still the same thing, computer will start and stay on with everything inside running fine but I still receive no video signal, I tried pulling to graphics card out and using the motherboards built in one and still no go..

Any ideas?
