Hi
I have a Toshiba P33 3.6gHz laptop with a strange issue.

The unit will not power on with the plug pack in. Works OK on the battery though. If I plug the power pack into the machine with the machine off, the battery will charge but at a longer rate of time. With a full battery, the machine will run fine. I am stummped as to what is going on. Can anyone offer assistance?
