you must not have the dvd-video plugin cause its the oem version, not the full version. the plugin is 24.99 and the plugin is just a serial that they email or send to you. after buying it, go to nero startsmart and click the button at the bottom right corner that has a flame in it. there you will click add serial and when you put it in, it will be under the main serial and say dvd-video plugin. i'm at school right now but if you can wait till i get home tonight, i can give you my keygen for all full nero versions (essentials, ultra, premium) and all plugins (dvd-video, dts, mp3 pro, ect...) just pick a version you want and put it in. from oem to full. and the plugins of your choice. or you can buy it, your choice. go
