remove and reinsert the video card
if you had "dirty or defective" power voltage eminating from your power supply; it could have killed your video card or motherboard
try reseating your video card >>>> then if possible try another video card
try starting the computer without a video card installed; see if you can get some bios beeping to occur ??????
