My System

[SOLVED] Boot up problem...

I got home from work last night only to be told by my sister that the family computer won't start. I switch it on and while the Windows loading screen is on it changes to a blue screen with the following...

The part in the middle of the quote tells me to restart, and make sure any new hardware is properly installed. Problem is, I can't even restart in safe mode to check that. It also talks about disabling BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.

My brother just installed his printer to the computer, I wish I knew why because he didn't need to, but it seems to be the only anomaly in the computer's processes for the day. I only played some Football Manager and my sister did some homework the day before all this started.
