Hello harty,

You currently have 2 Anti Virus programs installed. (AVG and Avast) While it may seem to be added protection for you, more than 1 Anti Virus can cause conflicts and confusion between the AV programs as well as system instability and slow downs. Please choose and run only 1 and uninstall the other via the Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.

After you've uninstalled one of those AV programs, download fl.zip

Extract the contents of the fl.zip to a new folder on Desktop.
Within the folder, locate & double-click fl.bat.
It should produce a report at c:\findlop.txt. Post the contents of the report in your next reply
