How long did you let memtest run?
That error typically means bad driver, or faulty or incompatible hardware, because it did during a repair install I think you can rule out a bad driver.

The ntfs.sys error usually refers to some file messed up with windows, maybe write zeros to the drive and do a clean install but something must have caused this so don't do that just yet. Try booting into recovery console and run chkdsk /r

Run memtest again overnite on one stick at a time, each stick overnite.

Report you temps and voltages
