New to Vista, administrator account issues

I have a new computer with Vista Premium updated with sp1 and sp2. This is my first experience using Vista, I've been using XP.
I installed Spybot (1.5.2.20) and when I try to "immunize" I get the message, "This action may not be performed completely since you are not an administrator. If you want this performed for all users, please run this application elevated as an administrator."
I have only one account, mine, and it was set up as I first started this computer and it is not password protected. I assume that this is an administrator account.
I have no idea whatsoever what this means or how to "run this application elevated as an administrator".
Any help is appreciated.
