That only gives you the option to lock web content, not lock all desktop icons.

I tried enabling it and it didn't help at all, it still moves the icons around when I switch users and back again. (some to the left side and some down to the bottom) Pretty annoying, since i have to redo her desktop layout every time I have logged in on my own account.

(yes, her shortcuts are in her own user folder, not in the common one)
