You can purchase a wireless router, and the network cards and a hub or switch unless you plan on going completely wireless, in which case you can leave out the hub or switch :) If you go wireless... there are 2 standards 802.11a and 802.11b ... A is much faster, but more expensive.. b is slower but cheaper.. and both have WEP ... but its not enabled by default so I'd suggest you enable it.. As well as reading the manuals that come with your specific router to enable the wireless gateway/router to be as secure as you can make it without breaking your stuff that you're online for in the first place :) Good luck and if you need help .. let us know
