Sorry for the confusion.
We have 32 different machines here
The Lap top your are doing with me and the desk top that I have an issue with as well,
I realized that you may be not understanding what I was saying so I have posted a new item to the forum about the desk top for review.
I still can't access the desktop to start the cleaning process. Can I use a flash drive to copy the programs needed and circumvent this virus.IE kapersky or hyjack this. If so how should I do this,
