It was very hard to find. Found it in the Dell forums where someone spilt milk in theirs.
Sorry for the bad news. When electronics get wet and are powered on, it shorts out devices like crazy. Best to let it sit several days after cleaning it out. Then you stand a chance of everything being ok.
