Hello.
I am having the same initial problem after trying to uninstall Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security on my laptop.
-Page cannot be displayed-
The difficulty I am having with uninstalling that program is a separate question, but when I tried tp ping the ip, it comes back as:

Destination host unreachable 0 packets received. 100% loss.
Can you help me out with where to go from here?
