okay I had EVERYTHING diabled in start-up that it would let me disable apparently ctfmon won't disable,sooo
I was like wth so i clicked it to start in diagnostic,well that didn't work either hell i couldn't even load the net in that configuration. then i accidentally clicked normal so now EVERYTHING is loading again and i got this error: c/windows/system32/sotohuf.dll
the specified module could not be found
and at the top of the error box it said rundll
i googled it got no results. i think that is all the message tthe said so if not i will edit later. I am off to mess with the msconfig somemore
