I contacted them and ultimately got the network card replaced. That being said, I am still experiencing the same problem (though to a lesser degree). When I picked it up, the technician said it could be a hardware or software issue that was cuasing the network to drop off. Upon doing further research I have found that the network adapter:

6TO4 Adapter is registering a Code 10.

From my reading, I think this may be the problem. The driver version was from June of 2006. Microsoft is so generous to have a broken link to the download on their site and all mirrors take you to their windows update system. Does anyone know of anywhere that more up to date drivers can be found for this? I'm assuming that with all the issues surrounding the Vista 32 bit Ultimate OS, there is a more recent version of this driver than 2006.
