Was able to figure it out...

CPU overclock wasn't the problem, RAM was. There was however nothing physically wrong with it, it was what was controlling it. I found out the North Bridge was WAY undervolted, so I upped the voltage from 1.24 to 1.35, and has been stable with OCCT passing it for the past few hours without one problem. Thanks, I guess?
