Hey. System restore is definately a no go for me. Firstly, I turn it off, and secondly, I'd never trust a restored system. I'd rather spend the day completely reformatting the system and being assured that I had a decent OS.

To be honest. I think it's my crappy cheapo virgin modem. Apparently I should be getting a 10MB connection, but no, i'm getting about 0.2MB. Also, there's a definate burning smell coming from my modem.

Does anyone have any cunning ideas about purchasing a decent modem and using it to spoof a trusted ntl/virgin mac address?
