Hey

1. Reboot PC pressing F8 until the advanced boot option appears

2. Select Repair Your Computer

3. Select Command Prompt on the next screen

4. Enter the following at the command prompt:
bootrec /fixboot and hit enter

5. Then type bootrec /fixmbr and hit enter

6. Reboot PC pressing F8 until the advanced boot option appears

7. Select Safe Mode With Command Prompt

8. If it makes it to the desktop in Command prompt type the following
perfmon /report and hit enter

This should generate a System Diagnostics report
which should tells us if the system crashed due to the flash drive itself or driver compatibility.

Post the results of this, it should say under hardware,failed and tell you what exactly it failed on, hopefully it hasn't failed
