Re: Switched to DSL, nuked system?

Alright. How do I change that? I got an IP number that will allow me to access the modem. However, there are very few options I can change. Most of these are beyond my current understanding, and I leave alone for the most part.

I will be posting some screen caps later of all I got. I have to censor a few areas and find hosting somewhere.

I talked to the ATT tech support department yesterday, and he eventually said the only thing they were trained in was helping you change your user name and password on the modem itself. He then proceeded to tell me that my problem was with my computer. I think that strange, as the day before it was hooked up, that I was on my cable Internet, which had no problems.

I wonder if the problem is in my DSL itself though. It is a refurbished model, and this thing does get pretty warm as it is.
