[SOLVED] can't find a program to monitor my Temperatures

Hi all...I just assembled a PC for my 6 year old
The Board is a MSI-7309 v1.0 with an Athlon 64 x2 4400+ and 2GB Crucial Ballistix
It runs just fine but I can't find any decent program to monitor the temperatures.
The BIOS gives me values around 20-25C
MSI's own PC Alert 4 shows these Temperatures as well, but constantly warns because it claims the fan speed is too low
(I used a Thermal Take TR2-R1 which runs at around 1300rpm, which is sufficient because of the overdimensioned heatsink)
What I tried so far:
Everest, speedfan, siw, Core Temp, HW monitor, MBM5 and a few others
which give me either temps around -2C (30-35 F :D or none at all (either 0C or 255C (=hex FF ;)

But now I'm at my wits end...there's got to be an application which reads the sensors correctly.
I just want to check the system under stress.
I understand that MSI is somewhat skiddish about their sensors
Does anybody know a program that's known to work with this board
Or at least a way to switch off the Fan warning in PC Alert 4 ?

Thank you
