Hi philman and welcome to TSF,

Complete specs of the computer would be helpful or the name brand and model number
specs of the name,wattage and model number of both psu's old and new could also be useful.

You could start by removing all cards except video, all usb devices except mouse and keyboard, all drives. Just see if it will post like this and if you can enter setup/bios
