I never had a mobo or cpu do that, my guess is it could possibly be a bad mobo, try this,,,,,,,

Remove all cables and cards have only
psu
1 stick ram
video card
keyboard,mouse, monitor

This is all you need to complete post and enter bios, if it still hangs at DMI verify try another keyboard and mouse, other then that I am out of ideas but if you are able to enter bios with this config then add one part back at a time till you find the offending one
