Also - go into your Router and disable uPNP.
Try these two things and see if this stops those disconnects.

I did these things, rebooted, and I am still having the same problems.
I was able to unplug the router, plug it into the cable modem - acheive connection - then change it back to the original configuration, and obviously it works.
This is an untechnical assessment, but it is almost as if I am "priming" the connection.
