Ya, I thought it was wierd too, I didn't look into the specifics of what it found. I didn't expect tracking cookies to change anything. I can't remember the order in which I was doing things, I was retrying some of the old ways of fixing network issues (winsock etc.). It may have happend after that, but whatever it was the problem hasn't occurred since.
