It's the annual UT/OU football game. A Longhorn and an Okie go to the bathroom.

The Longhorn finishes, zips, and heads for the door, only to hear the Okie snigger, "You must be a Texan! In Oklahoma, they teach us to wash our hands after we pee!"

"Well", replies the Texan, "in Texas they teach us not to pee on our hands."
