Re: internet connectivety problem?

dasupermom,

A few things stick out in the recent logs your posted. I would attempt to uninstall these software packages and see if your problem persists:

1) Grisoft AVG7 (AVG Internet Security DOES contain a firewall which might be installed and blocking the access to the services you describe)

2) PokerStars software - remove as this may contain adware.

3) SuperBlocker IE Add-On (uninstall via control panel, also go into IE, Tools, Manage Add-Ons, locate and disable ALL add-ons related to this)

4) Uninstall/disable SuperAntiSpyWare.

5) Go through IE's Tools, Manage Add-Ons and disable anything/everything that you've installed PRIOR to this problem.

6) Reset your IE options to their defaults

7) Download and install a DIFFERENT browser, such as Netscape or FireFox and see if you have the same issues (http://browser.netscape.com/)

Sorry for taking so long to get back with you. I've been swamped myself. I think you've got something installed either in IE or on your OS that's causing these connectivity issues.

Try these things and post your findings back here.
