In WindowsXP Media Center Edition there was something called windows digital media enhancements, which could convert MP3s to WMAs Which apparently halves their sizes. Does Windows Vista Ultimate have something similar or is there another tool to use?

And is it even any good to convert them or is WMA just better than MP3?
