Re: G15 (2007) error with 2.02 soft.
Hi, welcome to TSF
Go to Start > Run, type services.msc and click OK. Scroll down to Windows Installer and double-click to open its Properties. Change the Startup Type to Automatic. If the Service Status is 'Stopped', click the Start button. Click OK, close down all programs and reboot, then try installing the G15 software again.
