Hello all,

as of recently, my Motorolla SB4200 SURFboard modem has been having some internet problems I have never experienced before. (I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem, but I have noticed that it usually begins at 3pm-4pm and usually is gone between 7pm-8pm.)

What happens is I suddenly lose internet connection. All the lights are normal for a few seconds, until the activity light stops goes out. Soon after, the whole modem resets until the power light is left blinking. A few seconds later the lights began to blink and then turn out until all things are back to normal. This happens every 3-7 minutes or so.

I have tried resetting it, unplugging and replugging everything else, and it is fine for about 20 minutes until the problem arises again. What really makes me mad though is the problem is active during most of my free time. I can't play internet games, I can't speak to friends (efficiently) through Instant Messangers and E-mails, and all that good stuff.

Any ideas?
