hey i wasn't sure where to put this, but since i built the PC i thought it should be put here
awhile ago i made a custom PC, i upgraded it with an ASrock 4coredual-SATA2 mother board and an intel dual core 2, it ran fine for a couple of weeks before it started resetting, now most of the time it will start for 5seconds-2minutes then reset and nothing will come up on the monitor, and the red circled LED will not come on. (

Sometimes it will start up, the monitor will come on and the LED will turn on, then it will reset 30 mins later... im completely stumped as to what im ment to do.
